Located among lush Oak trees and with magnificent views over the Sonderend Mountains, this typical style “Greyton Cottage” was in need of some much needed renovation.
This heritage, Cape Dutch inspired house was completely converted into a pure and clean space with a Scandinavian playfulness to it.
Unique and quirky elements are evident throughout the space with interesting and bespoke detailing as well as a mixture of materials used in complementary yet contrasting ways.
The main house’s layout was carefully designed to utilise each and every corner with no wasted or unused space. A garden suite set in the lower part of the property opens up directly into vineyards and orchards with the design seamlessly merging outdoors and interior spaces.
