In collaboration with the appointed Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, an overall costing and budget proposal is presented to the client for the purposes of design and resolution.
quality assurance
A thorough inspection of the property is carried out followed by the compilation of a snag list with potential issues before a final walk-through with the Project Manager is undertaken and site handover is completed.
